We are a mid-size residential insulation and drywall company looking for an experienced site supervisor/foreman to manage multiple projects. We have various low-rise, mid-rise projects throughout the west-end including Oakville, Hamilton/Halton, Kitchener/Waterloo and Niagara regions.
Experience in the insulation and drywall industry is mandatory. Only applicants with direct industry experience will be considered.
We are looking for someone that meets the minimal requirements listed below:
- Independent, hardworking, high communication skills
- previous experience in the insulation and drywall industry
- must have valid driver's license
- supervise various sites, crews and sub-contractors
- ensure that project timelines are maintained
- ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered too and rectify job site hazards
- participate in project meetings
- maintain a clean, safe and organized sites
- Minor scaffolding, loading/moving of materials
- Onsite take-offs, measuring of materials
Job Types: Freelance, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $1,500.00-$1,800.00 per week
