AGREEMENT BETWEEN:
SEIU and the Superior-Greenstone District School Board
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Forty (40) hours per week. Start date to be determined.
Position Overview
The Head Custodian is responsible for the care and operation of the physical plant of the school and for maintaining a clean and safe environment within and outside the school.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- Physical ability to carry out the requirements of the job.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work. -Computer experience required. -Able to prioritize and multitask -Supervisory experience preferred. -Valid "G" Driver's License and access to reliable personal vehicle.
