Position Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect - Patient Services

Position Summary:
In this role you will be
Responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce platforms within the Sanofi Digital Patient Services business unit.
Ensure smooth operation and optimization of all Salesforce platforms.
Manage and configure the management of Salesforce environment and drive inputs for DevOps strategy.
Configure Salesforce Health Cloud application for business needs.
Leading discussions with business and co-ordinate with partners for building the right solution.
Configure and manage the Salesforce Managed Packages like Service Cloud Voice, TCRM, etc.
Become accountable for technical authority, product/project, and stakeholder management to deliver quality Patient Services Salesforce products.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms.
Customize and configure the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets and security settings within Salesforce.
Refresh and maintain Salesforce Sandbox instances.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, approval flows, emails, flows, dynamic forms, lightning components, and other Salesforce features.
Develop and maintain report types, reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide visibility into Patient Services data within the compliance rules.
Perform data management activities, including data imports, data cleansing, and data deduplication.
Perform Bulk data inserts/updates /deletes using Data loader.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement enhancements and customization to optimize system performance.
Train and support end-users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Work with managed package vendors to modify or configure based on the needs and have them configured in Sandboxes.
Perform Code/Config migration using DevOps tools.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features. Evaluate and recommend new functionalities and integrations to improve business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, including identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Salesforce administration.
Key Requirements:
Understanding of life sciences/pharma.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Min 8-10 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Technologies
Advanced Salesforce Administration experience (re: Flows)
Understands Salesforce Health Cloud (Nice to have)
Understands and implemented DevOps within Salesforce environment.
Working experience on Einstein Analytics (Salesforce Reporting/dashboards)
Working Agile experience
Salesforce Administrator certification (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator) is a must.
Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud Certification is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts including Health Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Strong Experience with Salesforce Managed Packages (CTI, eFax, eSign) solutions.
Proficiency in customizing and configuring Salesforce using the declarative tools (e.g. Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Settings, etc.).
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and related technologies.
Familiarity with data management concepts, including data import/export, data cleansing, and data quality.
Knowledge of integration methodologies and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs) is a plus.
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or other programming languages is a plus.
Strong experience with agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred experience with Good Practice quality guidelines and Regulations (GxP), HIPAA and GDPR regulations.
