Mon Paris Pâtisserie is looking for a pastry chef who is experienced baker and the dough specialist to join their team. Salary is competitive and based on experience. Extended health benefits after 6 months of employment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of professional experience, demonstrate strong technique and is passionate, dedicated, and self motivated. Responsibilities include:
- Making laminated doughs (puff pastry and croissants)
- Cutting and rolling croissants
- Making macarons
- Making creams and fillings
