We are Stucco, Wood Framing and Caulking Contractor. We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team for our construction company.
List of requirement responsibilities:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Familiarity with office equipment, inlcuding printers, fax manchines etc.
- Experience with office management tools(MS Office Software, in particular)
- Bookkeepers complete data entry, collect transactions, track debits and maintain and monitor finacial records. Knows how to use Quickbooks Accounting Software Program.
- Submit Expense Reports
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Distibute incoming and outgoing mails.
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.

Salary: $46,901.00-$49,085.00 per year
