Job Description
As the Sales Operations Manager at QAD you will report to the VP of Sales Enablement and support the sales organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The primary duties of this role include building reports, analyzing data, and tracking a consistent set of sales metrics to identify where best practices are not being followed or potential process efficiencies.
Qualifications
What you'll do:
Bring together and track annual sales data each month, for example:

Pipeline growth, new opportunity creation monthly

Stuck deals, deals skipping stages, staying in stages too long.
Understands complex sales operations issues in order to analyze data that will answer questions about sales efficiency and effectiveness in support of the revenue plan.

Drives a data-driven approach to help the sales organization make informed decision and strategy adjustments

Identifies trends and provide insights on what's working and what isn't

Identifies where QAD winning, struggling, or losing deals

Identifies deals at risk, time within each stage (per product), pushed deals, idle deals
Build reports & Dashboards, across sales, marketing, pull data together and consolidate it into a single location

Using salesforc.com and Google sheets and displaying in Salesforce.com and Google Slides.
Manage and track rules of engagement requests.
Review and designs report on the proper use of the Salesforce.com process.

Follows up with an analysis of who in the organization may need to be retrained.

Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports/analyses for review by experienced team professionals.
Process Optimization:

Identifies bottlenecks in our sales process and proposes solutions to improve efficiency.

Identifies and designs ways to streamline administrative tasks

Improve lead qualification processes, and/or enhance communication between our sales teams and other departments
Provides analysis/data for presentation used at the executive level. Must be able to take complex data and adapt it to a wide audience. Examples of presentations:

Standard Quarterly Business Review template updates

Quarterly All Sales Call Webinar
Support the sales enablement function within the sales organization.

Pull and analyze training reports, competitions, and behavior changes

Pull and analyze tech stack adoption
-
Schedule training webinars and on-site training
-
Update process documentation
What you need:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a global sales or sales operations environment

Computer skills: Google Suite, Salesforce, Forecasting, and Territory Management Tools

Other knowledge: Data analysis, trending, and decision-making, report and dashboard building. Supporting sales and companies in the software space.
