Construction Estimator

The ideal candidate is required to have the following key attributes:
- Calculate accurate estimates for residential and custom homes and renovations across Simcoe County and surrounding area
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Prepare scopes of work, quantity take-offs
- Compile material pricing and issuing to sub-trades for quotation
- Familiar with residential construction processes
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- CoConstruct knowledge is an asset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- Methodical thinker

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with knowledge and experience.
