A1 Auto is a premier independent car dealership seeking an office assistant to join our team. We are looking for a professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. We have been in the industry for 25 years and continue to conduct business with a strong foundation of trust and quality.

Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Perform administrative duties such as handling mail, answering phone calls, and performing other jobs critical to office operations
2. Photograph and file new inventory
3. Update company website/ stay on top of any inventory changes
4. Maintain files, sort invoices, and organize paperwork accordingly
5. Contact business partners as needed
Requirements:
1. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
2. Proficient in sending emails and communicating over the phone
3. Possess excellent English language skills
4. Secondary school education (preferred)
5. Drivers license (preferred)
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a ready to learn attitude, no previous administrative experience is required!
