GFL Environmental is looking for a Recycling Audit Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg, MB!
The ideal candidate will perform all audits of recyclable material to ensure our contractual obligations are adhered to. This position requires managing the audit schedule required City of Wpg, Circular Materials (Kenora and Thunder Bay) and the Wpg MRF. Ensure job tasks and audits are completed safely and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
-
Oversight of all Contractual audits including CoW, CMO, Wpg. Additional locations may be required, subject to your manager’s approval.

Compilation of all audit data, ensuring it is provided to applicable MRF managers, contract manager(s) and other managers as required.

Communicate with Supervisors and Managers any audit disputes arising from any of contracts.
Coordination and Scheduling

Ensure audits are conducted in a uniform fashion according to contracts and/or market specifications.

Schedule requested audits from the sales teams, operations managers, and other municipalities upon immediate request, with approval from Departmental Manager.
Documentation and Data Entry
- Enter audit data and perform audit analysis as directed.

Internal data management of all audit documentation, including data reconciliation between third party audits and municipalities.

Update inbound composition spreadsheets daily and document materials found in audits.

Catalog numerous photographs of waste audits. Must be proficient at Microsoft Office tools.
