- Work produce stock from back room onto sales floor following department standards
- Work with department leadership team to create a merchandising plan weekly and ongoing
- Maintain department cleaning standards and be sure department team members are following through on sanitation tasks
- Supervise department staff and be sure staff are remaining on task. Be a resource for new staff for questions and coaching
- Write and place department orders on a scheduled basis. Be sure produce items are in stock within store control
- Provide good customer service and assist customers with helpful suggestions, answers to their questions and deal with any customer issues thag arise.
- Maintain department standards and quality on a daily basis. Be sure proper culls are done throughout the day and make sure rotation standards are being followed by all staff members
- No formal education required

Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
