Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering phones & assisting walk in customers. Taking and inputting walk-in customer appointments & payments. Dispatch & communication with technicians. Use of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Strong customer service, communication & multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
