Job purpose
Guide the sales team to ensures sales policies and procedures are followed throughout various sales channels and that customer engagement excellence is achieved.
Duties and responsibilities
· Manage the flow of customer engagement in our crm software.
· Maintain the customer data base as per sales policies, by assisting with the triage of various reports
· Ensure sales rep tasks, follow ups and customer engagement processes are completed
- Follow, communicate and triage enforcement of sales policies and processes for all client types
· Maintain price matrix information for customer engagement
· Lead the Sales portion Trade Show booking and planning team
· Schedule meetings, record follow up tasks and follow up
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in the areas of Business, Administration, or Sales & Marketing
- High level of detail and strong sense of urgency
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Above average competency in Microsoft applications particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- French literacy skills would be considered an asset

Hours:
- Normal working hours Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
