What You Will Get To Do:
The Business Analyst (Market & Counterparty Credit Risk) is responsible for design, implementation, documentation and testing of an integrated market and counterparty credit risk software solution from a business user perspective. The role requires strong business and technical skills obtained from previous Capital Markets experience. This role has a strong emphasis on product design ensuring that regulatory and client requirements are understood and developed into sustainable product features.

Understand regulatory and client requirements helping to design them into product requirements and specifications.

Independently investigate and resolve client support issues.

Guide new & existing client implementation teams on software functionality.

Provide internal mentoring and input into the direction of product development.

Provide advice to clients on their implementation & customization requirements.

Identify functional bugs and work independently with developers for resolution.

Design and create test cases for new software features.

Help develop new advisory initiatives as well as software initiatives.

Interact with developers, integration engineers, financial engineers, and client implementation teams to help deliver best in class software solutions.
What You Will Bring:
Educated to degree standard with strong business and technical background.

This role is likely to appeal to a Bachelors dress graduate with at least 4 years wholesale banking experience in either market or counterparty credit risk.

Solid understanding of risk monitoring processes and industry best practices.

Experience with market or credit risk management in derivative markets from middle or front office.

Knowledge of or experience with key market initiatives and upcoming mandatory regulatory requirements (XVA, FRTB, TRIM, etc).
