We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Superintendent for one of our residential properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently provide service excellence and resident support
- Cleanliness of facility and grounds
- Maintenance and repairs of units
- Prepare, show and lease units
- Collect rent receivables
- On-call every 2nd weekend, select week-nights
- Other building duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Cleaning or property management experience
- Computer skills (Microsoft Suite and Yardi)
- Strong maintenance skills (plumbing, painting, cleaning)
- Ability to adapt to change in rapidly growing company
