Swift Health is looking to hire an administrative assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Submitting invoices on ICBC (HCPIR) and WorkSafeBC platforms
- Reconciling invoice payments
- Following up on late invoices
- Helping manage the day-to-day operations of the company, such as administrative work, customer service, etc. (communicate with therapists, clients, and vendors on a daily basis)
- Coordinate scheduling of therapists and clients
- Review reports for technical requirements
- Manage office supplies and operations
Requirements:
- Must have experience with ICBC HCPIR invoice submissions
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Exceptional communication
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- WorkSafeBC billing: 1 year (preferred)
- ICBC: 2 years (required)
