AltaGas - Talent & Organizational Effectiveness- Sr. Partner
The Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Partner leads assigned cross-functional projects, and identifies continuous improvement opportunities within the business. The partner must have strong experience in delivering talent and organizational effectiveness solutions, specifically with building/executing workforce planning, leading employee engagement initiatives, developing performance management tools/processes, and leading small to mid-size change initiatives. In partnership with HRBPs and business leaders, the Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Partner will assess organizational needs and help to design effective solutions that are aligned to the business' strategic goals. The ideal candidate would be a proactive self-starter with an ability to manage multiple priorities, pay strong attention to detail, able to collaborate across the stakeholders, and have a strong knowledge of OE best practices
You will:
Design tools and processed in support of assessing, developing and retaining talent.
Accountable for the design and execution of talent reviews and succession planning company-wide to enable the building of a robust pipeline of leaders for the future.
Apply appropriate solutions and guide others in the appropriate use of solutions around assessment, accelerated development, engagement, and retention strategies.
Develop and enhance current tools, processes, and communication strategies to support effective performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning
Manage vendor relationships
Facilitate the development of our top and critical talent pipeline
Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to consult, facilitate, and coach them in organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness, providing them tools that support the building of organizational capabilities required to ensure successful implementation of the business strategy.
Support execution of enterprise Workforce Development Plans
Continuously benchmarks HR and OE practices to support initiatives
Leverage data insights and benchmark data to surface potential talent or engagement challenges and create solutions to address gaps
You have:
Bachelor's Degree in in HR, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
Master's Degree preferred
10+ Years applicable Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness experience required including experience working successfully with senior leaders required
Able to establish credibility, build strong relationships, and positively influence others
Ability to manage projects, deadlines, and communication plans
Ability to achieve results amid ambiguity
Strong capability to operate effectively in multi-cultural/international environments and to work with a variety of leaders from different backgrounds and experiences
Strong project management skills, interpersonal, written & oral communication, presentation, consulting, and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to make presentations and facilitate meetings.
Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
