Job Duties:
- Work with senior management to promote the Tobacco Cessation Program for the West Nipissing Family Health Team
- Participate and maintain Tobacco-Cessation programs
- Facilitate Tobacco cessation program development
- Create and sustain a supportive patient-focused environment for the change of addictive behaviour
- Assist with the implementation of various effective strategies to assist patients with quitting tobacco
- Support clinical areas to develop education, training and consultations related to patient tobacco cessation needs
- Work collaboratively with Physician team members
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining program inventory needs
Qualifications
Previous Health Care experience an asset
