The successful candidate will join our Business Operations team and will contribute to our general office administration, customer service, facilities management, accounting, and human resources management. This is not a work-from-home position; the successful candidate must be able to work in our Markham office conveniently located at Highways 404 / 407.

Responsibilities include:
Perform reception role in a manner that projects a professional image of Trigon to customers, employees and guests
Direct phone traffic and greet visitors in a courteous and efficient manner during Trigon’s normal business hours, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Coordinate the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
Prepare cyclical reporting on topics that include finance, time accounting, and product support
Maintain accurate customer and supplier agreement and financial records
Help organize corporate events such as business meetings, group training and social gatherings
Participate in elements of Accounts Payable and Receivable as needed
Participate in elements of Human Resource Management such as onboarding and recruitment applicant tracking
Participate in the review, evaluation and implementation of new administrative initiatives and procedures
