We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team and support the seamless operation of our customer service department.
As a Customer Service Representative at Pacific Coast Catering, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of catering or food services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
