Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate Ag aircraft in a safe, legal and efficient manner at all times
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition
- Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans
- Communicate with air traffic control and other pilots to ensure safe navigation
- Perform regular maintenance checks on the aircraft
- Be willing to assist with training of new pilots, mixers and other employees related to the aerial spraying operations.
Credentials and Experience include:
- A valid commercial pilot's license
- Manitoba Pesticide Applicators License
- Current Medical
- Good Turbine Experience, preferably on a 502 with Satlock GPS, but consideration will be given if experience is on other aircraft & guidance systems
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
