The Opportunity – General Labourer
The responsibilities in this position vary from day to day and are as follows:
Renovations (Vacant Space)
- Removal of carpets, vinyl tiles, ceiling tiles, partitions, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures
- Loading construction materials (carpets, drywall, doors/frames, ceiling tiles, T-Bars, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, insulation, floor tiles-vinyl & ceramic)
- Debris removal and disposal incl. minor demolitions
Cleaning / Janitorial
- Vacuuming carpets
- Cleaning washrooms, kitchens
- Spot cleaning walls, doors, etc.
- Washing T-bar ceiling grid and light fixtures
- Sweep & mop floors
- Window cleaning
- Sweeping and washing warehouse floors
- Floor wax application
Pick-up/Delivery (various)
- Various renovation / construction supplies
Lot Maintenance
- Garbage pick-up
- Sidewalk and parking lot sweeping
Lawn /Tree/Shrub Care
- General pruning and deadwood removal
- Shrubs and hedge shaping
- Garden Cultivation
- Weeding
- Fertilizer application with spreader
Languages
- Fluency in both English and Ukrainian
Salary
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Experience
- General Labourer : 2 years preferred
- Clean Drivers License

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
