RETAIL TIRE AND AUTOMOTIVE STORE MANAGER
We are looking for a leader with relevant tire and auto repair knowledge and experience to manage and direct all of our service activities in a busy retail location. You must be willing and able to lead by example and deliver excellent customer service while coaching staff and technicians to ensure top quality services and drive location growth.
Job Duties:
· Lead and manage busy front counter
· Excellent computer skills
· Experience in purchasing tires and automotive parts for customer vehicles
· General automotive experience
· Superior customer service with proven track record
· Oversee inventory procedures are followed
· Motivate and develop sales staff to ensure growth
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
· Maintain a safe work environment
· Oversee shop organization and cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience and safe work environment
Qualifications:
· Senior retail management experience is required
· Tire and Auto Repair experience is a definite asset
· Proven computer skills
· Ability to work with computer tracked inventory system and POS system
· Able to work full-time schedule including Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
