Due to increased demand from our customers, we have an open role for a Senior Technology Adoption Consultant to join our team. In this role you will be working with our customers to help them create strategies to rollout out Microsoft 365 products and support them through execution.
About the role

Core Role Responsibilities
- Work with clients to assess their Microsoft 365 environment, develop governance plans for Microsoft 365, and help implement solutions to drive better user adoption
- Work with clients to design, architect, build, and rollout SharePoint (Online) Intranets and Collaboration environments in SharePoint or Microsoft Teams
- Support training efforts for tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, Viva, and others in the Microsoft 365 stack, and occasionally, to other related topics (e.g., security awareness, governance) and technologies (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Suite).
- Manage our SaaS adoption platform and cybersecurity learning platforms for our customers and act as their Customer Success Manager.
- Deliver workshops and live events (online and, occasionally, in person) to demonstrate the value of Microsoft 365 and train users/M365 administrators.
- Keep track of project tasks, budget, and overall execution of project activities.
- Establish and manage client expectations while maintaining a positive, proactive and professional demeanor.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Prepare strategies to drive adoption of technologies (mainly workplace technology but sometimes others), and drive awareness of online risks.
- Define adoption metrics based on customer priorities, mechanisms to track those metrics, and gather data/prepare reports to demonstrate results.
- Apply a structured change management methodology and lead change management activities.
- Identify change impacts and prepare plans to help people embrace the changes in technology (e.g., communication plans, training plans, champions plan, etc).
Skills and Expertise
- Experience consulting with, or encouraging others to use Microsoft Teams, Yammer, SharePoint and/or other workplace/productivity technology tools to improve work practices or work securely.
- Real-life experience in Microsoft 365 governance and experience with M365 administration with a passion for helping users succeed.
- Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Intranets, Microsoft Teams, and Viva.
- Excellent communication/training skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Comfortable engaging and sharing your passion with people via video calls or online meetings.
- Experience running projects, keeping track of tasks, and supporting customers to ensure timely execution of projects.
Nice to Have’s
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 roadmap and security best practices.
- A good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model. (Prosci certification is an asset.)
- Multi-language skills is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft partner eco-system is an asset.
