CVC Custom Builders is hiring a Construction Estimator:
Our company is based out of Whistler, British Columbia, and we are seeking a part-time construction estimator to join our team.
We are licensed residential builders that specialize in Building and renovating custom homes.
This is a part time-contract position that can be done remotely. Knowledge and experience in high end residential construction as well the BC Building Code is required.
Role will include:
- Producing Class A-B-C Cost estimates.
- Tracking project costs and change orders.
- Advise on Tendering procedure.
- Liaise and communicate with all project stakeholders.
- Create internal systems and procedures to assist in the estimating process.
- Work directly with project managers and site supervisors.
