As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing our client's unique marketing and business needs. You will devise and implement tailored strategies to propel their success. This full-time position comes with a competitive benefits package. Upon completion of a 90-day probationary period, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, including one work-from-home day per week.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client meetings to comprehend their marketing and business challenges, clearly articulating these issues to our internal team.
- Collaboratively work with our team to design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering informed recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, leveraging this knowledge for clients' benefit.
- Effectively communicate our team's proposed solutions to the client, ensuring their understanding and buy-in.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with agency background as a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, and Facebook Ads.
