Evolution Technologies Inc. is seeking talent individuals to join our team at our Port Coquitlam location as Assistant General Manager. This position will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations including finance, HR, customer service, warehousing, as well as facility maintenance, safety, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled or knowledgable in a wide range of discplines and will be able to direct related staff and make sound decisions.
Objectives & Responsibilities
-Assist in overseeing and ensuring a smooth operation of all departments (AR, AP, Service, Warehouse, IT)
-Develop, implement, and maintain various policies to increase overall company performance
-Track performance of each department and address any difficulties
-Resolve any additional incidental issues
Required Skills
-Bachelor's degree in operations management, business management, or related discplines
-Five years or more in a management role
-Strong skills and understanding of each major department and general business operations (Accounting, Customer Service, Logistics, IT)
-Ability to delegate, instruct, and guide staff members
-Proficiency in internal and external conflict management and resolution
Beneficial Skills
-Working knowledge of accounting software (Sage, Quickbooks, Accpac, etc.)
-Ability to communicate in French
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
