Position Overview:
The luxury event planner will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing events that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury trends, impeccable organizational skills, and a network of top-tier vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Understand the unique requirements, visions, and aspirations of our luxury clientele.
Conceptual Design: Create luxury event concepts that intertwine opulence, brand, and the client's vision.
Vendor Collaboration: Leverage your network of elite vendors to bring the vision to life.
Budget Management: Ensure that events are executed within budget while maintaining our standard of luxury.
On-site Management: Oversee the setup, event execution, and breakdown, ensuring flawless execution.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in the luxury event sector and incorporate them creatively.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2+ yrs experience in luxury event planning. Proven track record of managing events in the high-end luxury segment. Strong network of elite vendors and venues. Exceptional communication and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising on quality.
Certification in event management or related field is a plus.
