Program Coordinator Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for conducting the administrative duties associated with various projects. The Program Coordinator will maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
What YOU will do:
- Create production orders and acting as a liaison with other departments involved in the production process
- Work in conjunction with the Procurement Department to order and schedule materials
- Complete shipping documents and provide tracking information for shipments to customers
- Organize customer installations with contractors and individual stores
- Prepare and provide customer with timelines and updates
- Monitor inventory and perform cycle counts, when required
- Update and maintain product catalogues
- Other duties as assigned
What we are seeking in YOU:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized
- Possess strong customer service skills as we are VERY customer focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in individual and group settings
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiarity with an ERP system is a BONUS
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
Education:
Post-secondary education from an accredited University or College plus a minimum of three years’ experience in a Program or Account Coordinator's role is preferred.
