We are currently looking to fill the following position:
Quality and Reliability Engineer
Working closely with the electronics hardware engineering team, you will be responsible for preparing the reliability test plans and performing them or subcontracting some of the tests.

Analyze failure data from the field, from customer returns, from production, engineering and determine testing methodologies to eliminate the threat.

Participate to the implementation of the test plan, test setups and strategies at our electronic board assembly house and support them.

Perform FMEA analyses on our systems and subsystems

Perform MTBF calculation on systems and subsystems.

Organize and champion continues improvement projects.

Develop with our business information system team data collection and reporting strategies.

To be the technical lead of the quality department. So, you will need to keep up to date with the latest technologies.

Engineering degree in electronics.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in electronics reliability.

Excellent Excel skills (data analysis).

Bilingual French and English

Knowledge in electronic design in a manufacturing environment is an asset
