A luxury apartment building located in HRM is seeking to recruit and hire an experienced Resident Building Superintendents.
The competencies we are seeking include excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to relate to a variety of people and a sense of urgency in attending to matters. A strong working knowledge of heating, fire safety and mechanical systems, janitorial maintenance, administrative skills, and computer experience is required.
In this position, the individuals who meet these criteria will be offered a competitive compensation package including a $32,000 to $35,000 annual salary, plus free rent on a 2 bedroom + den apartment, electricity, basic cable, phone and internet, and company cell phone included and provided.
