They will work closely with the business and technical teams to identify requirements and ensure that software solutions meet those requirements. Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in writing high-quality code in any programming language (bonus if it’s in Python)
- Strong understanding of database fundamentals
- Experience with batch processing and streaming systems like Hive, Pig and Kafka
- Experience with Spark and Scala is a plus
- A critical thinker and possess creative problem-solving skills
- Quantitative skills, ability to think analytically, and strong attention to details
- A desire to contribute to the broader development community
Education:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or other relevant engineering field.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in financial services or banking industry is a plus.
