Job Description
- Troubleshoot, maintain and service HVACR, Condominium Experience is an Asset
- On-call rotation (one week every 2-3months)
- Provide detailed recommendations during maintenance visits and on service reports
Skills and Experience
- License HVAC mechanic
- Gas license, G1 preferred but not required
- Clean driving record
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must be willing to work independently and in a team environment
- Service and maintenance experience an asset
- Capable of working flexible hours
- Good communication skills
