Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise store staff, including conducting performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers and preparing deposits
- Assist in conducting interviews and hiring new employees
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-run store environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, including being multilingual if applicable
