Job Overview
As a Contract Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our service contract business by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored service solutions. Leveraging your excellent sales and relationship-building skills, you will proactively identify service contract opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers to promote our service contract offerings.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and present customized service solutions.

Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to secure profitable service contracts

Track and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and reports to service management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of marketing materials, product positioning.
Qualifications

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environment, is typically preferred. Experience in selling service contracts or related products/services is a plus.

Proven track record of success in technical sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customer at all levels.

Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, ability to close deal effectively.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of the team.
