Customer Service Representative
You share our passion for health and wellness. The idea of helping guests on their journey to build a deeper connection with themselves excites you. You are adaptable, self-directed, and resourceful. Responsibilities
- Answer guest inquiries via email, phone call, and/or social media messages within atimely manner
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Meet or exceed response time requirements
- Communicate proactively with guests, staff and leadership
- Manage your schedule, show up on time, and coordinate with your team if you can’tmake a shift
- Follow communication guidelines
- Draft, revise and recommend “Frequently Asked Questions”
- Maintain response library, following brand guidelines
- Assist guests with appointment bookings, rescheduling, gift card sales and more
- Review the guest bookings as required
- Note any special requests on the guest scheduling platform
- Communicate any issues that may arise with leadership
Qualifications
- Strong interest in wellness industry products, services, and best practices
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Understanding of customer service and desire to provide excellent guest experience
- Extremely accountable, available at off hours, and dedicated to ensuring the teamand guests are always well taken care of
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must live in Vancouver
- Must be able to attend in-person training at our Circle Wellness Granville Island location
