MedScan Solution in PortCoquitlam is seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative to help us grow! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is an in-person position, Part-time, Flexible hours.
Requirements:
- Experience with customer service and answering customer calls.
- Skilled in Mircosoft Office 365, G-Suite, and familiar with computers.
- No criminal record.
- Able to safely commute to Port Coquitlam each working day.
- Ability to type 50 WPM.
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Compensation:
- $18-$22 per hour to start
