Position Overview:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Seasonal Customer Care Representative will support the core team leading up to the holiday season. This is a key role as the representative will be an initial point of contact for our customers through inbound calls – addressing inquiries, making purchase recommendations, and sharing information about offerings. Additionally, the representative will be processing orders and preparing and delivering correspondence as required. On the front line, in a customer facing role, you will serve as a brand ambassador and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional customer service over the phone and/or in person

Attract potential customers by answering product/service questions and suggesting specific products appropriate to the circumstance

Enter Sales Orders efficiently and accurately, while on the phone or in person with the customer

Resolve product or service concerns with a customer-first, solution-oriented mindset

Input data and maintain customer accounts with updated information

Work with and provide administrative support to other employees, as required

Receive and incorporate positive or constructive feedback to improve team performance

Support the business as is otherwise required
Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service

Familiar with KPI targets and motivated to achieve goals

Highly personable with strong communication skills

Energetic self-starter who works well independently and with a team

Orderly and efficient with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
