Position Description
The site superintendent is responsible for the efficient completion of all projects. The position requires exceptional time management and commitment to customer satisfaction on multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinating closely with the scheduling department, the superintendent is responsible for the successful planning of projects on an ongoing basis.
The site superintendent is accountable to the President and is responsible for the following tasks, including but not limited to:
Effective planning of new projects on an ongoing basis including manpower, equipment, and debris removalCommunication with customers on an ongoing basis regarding job progress, concerns, or extrasDevelopment of customer relationships through networking and lunch meetingsMonitoring and management of field crew job progress via daily job site visitsCoordination with estimators for initial site visit outlining scope of workEffective leadership of field team in completing scope on time and on budgetDevelopment and communication of effective demolition and deconstruction plans to team members when necessaryStewardship of all customers, ensuring core values are exemplified on all active sitesConsistent open communication between the team and the clientCoordination with scheduling and tool attendant teams, ensuring the team is prepared with all the necessary equipment and manpowerPlanning the successful completion of each project.
