Chipman Hill Suites requires a working foreman for our Maintenance Department.
Our historic buildings located in the uptown core of Canada’s first city require impeccable maintenance to heritage standards and style at all times.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, a self-starter, with strong communication skills who works well with others. He/she will have significant experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, crack filling, painting, masonry, roofing etc.
This position requires an individual with the initiative to identify issues before they become problems and who pays keen attention to detail.
At Chipman Hill Suites, guest service is paramount and it is vital to assume a leadership role in providing guest satisfaction at all times.
The regular work week is Monday – Friday (days), however, on call and weekend/evening emergency work is required when necessary.
Applicants must be up to date with all Covid-19 vaccinations, a non-smoker is vastly preferred, must be able to provide a clean criminal record check and a clean driver’s abstract. Please supply three work-related references with your application.
