We are looking for a technology-savvy individual to help improve our company's presence on the web. An E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and monitoring our e-commerce web pages as well as maintaining and improving the ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate for this position will have substantial experience with e-commerce, a creative edge and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer contact list.
- Keep information about products updated.
- Maintain product listings in various software platforms.
- Analyze data to provide better information.
- Manage the daily operation of multiple websites.
- Post social media content.
- Follow up on order fulfillment problems.
- Manage inventory of listed products.
- Graphic design knowledge/skill required
