As a Digital Marketing Specialist at JMT Consultants Inc., you will be the key to taking our brand to the next level; a digital marketing and social media guru that will oversee the company’s online presence who will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns. You will be able to lead the process for us to create a fluid and cohesive online presence. You are creative and have excellent online content-writing background and graphic design skills, and you are excited to contribute your new and innovative ideas to help us grow digitally. You will work directly with the department heads to gather inspiration and direction for digital content, and you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in digital marketing!

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at JMT Consultants Inc.:
- You will create digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including websites, mobile apps, advertising, animation, emails, social media, video games, and interactive displays.
- You are able to lead and develop digital marketing strategies for our social media content by creating online marketing campaigns/posts to build our brand, ensuring that JMT Consultants Inc. consistently stands out as a well-known and trusted structural consulting firm.
- You are comfortable managing all social media accounts and creating regular online posts that will showcase our work, collaborating with others to create a brand persona through the brand’s online channels; creating successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads.
- You will implement search engine optimization (SEO) in online media, seeking new and innovative ways to brand JMT Consultants Inc.
- You have knowledge on creating video strategies for social media; including, the development of digital content, to increase community engagement online.
- You will create an online content calendar, showcasing all marketing project updates.
- You consistently research new digital trends and online marketing opportunities; brainstorming fun, new, and exciting ideas that will attract people to our brand.
- You have experience coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as, budgets, estimates, and contracts.
- You are comfortable with addressing problems and troubleshooting online campaigns, guiding us on how to tackle digital marketing and social media challenges.
- You enjoy analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance, providing those updates to our department heads; setting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and reporting on the performance of the content.
Your Experience and Background:
- You have strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, and confidence in creating social media posts and managing online business pages and profiles.
- You have the capacity to generate online content with strong editing and proofreading skills, emphasizing on business writing.
- You have the knowledge and ability to create digital media, including graphic designs, videos, and photos (an asset).
- You are energetic and enjoy creating content independently, including your ability to collaborate with other team members.
- You have the confidence to take the lead and guide and train other team members.
- You are strong in your project management skills; self-motivated, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and resources.

Our Requirements:
- Must be able to work on-site, in our Winnipeg office on a full-time basis.
- A diploma/certificate specializing in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields; or, have solid experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience in social media management; confident in creating social media posts and managing online business pages and profiles.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with SEO tools.
- Ability to create digital media including graphic designs, videos, and photos (an asset).
- Canadian Citizenship/legally able to work in Canada.
