B&J, a leading E-Commerce marketing and fulfillment company, set up in Toronto in 2013 and expanded our new warehouse of 50,000 sf in Mississauga this year, now the company is looking for an experienced E-Commerce specialist/associates to join our team in Mississauga, ON, to manage our auto parts product line operating online in Canada and the USA for Shoxtec, one of our in-house brands.
The ideal candidate will be interested in growing with a fast-growing e-commerce company. As an E-Commerce specialist, you will work closely with the operation manager to manage our Amazon, Ebay, Shopify and Walmart Store, support customer requests and inquiries related to their orders, and perform various administrative tasks.
Major Responsibilities
- Create new product listings for Shoxtec brand, including writing product descriptions and coordinating the acquisition of digital assets with team members.
- Respond to all customer inquiries (via telephone, email, fax, or in person) in a professional, polite manner, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Manage various administration tasks involving accurate data entry for internal and external reports.
- Monitor and respond to online product reviews.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently without supervision.
