About the job:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Vanbuy Technology Ltd. As an IT Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our IT products and services.
Job Duties:
· Collaborate with other team members to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our IT offerings.
· Communicate with our clients or end-users to understand their needs and gather feedback on our existing IT products and services.
· Coordinate and manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of product enhancements and updates.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
· Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the product development process.
· Work closely with the development team to prioritize features, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
· Track product performance against established goals.
· Collaborate with our teams to address clients’ technical queries and ensure their satisfaction with our IT products and services.
· Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
· Perform any other duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in IT Product Manager or a related field
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions
· Bachelor's degree
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
