Role:
Launchers Academy is a fast growing Ecommerce platform that helps people transition into online retail successfully. As our Sales Team Leader, you'll be overseeing a team of Ecommerce specialists and help them prospect, qualify and book in calls with the company.
We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about sales and team building to lead a pack of young hungry driven sales people. Your ultimate goal is to create a very positive experience at Launchers Academy.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a growing team of sales marketing members.
- Hitting monthly company KPIs.
- Nurture and grow the sales team.
- Hiring to expand the sales team as necessary
- Prospecting and identifying the right type of leads.
- Creativity in prospecting approaches.
- Run meetings from home over Zoom (video conference).
- Provide daily updates & weekly results to the CEO (direct report).
- Working with operations to ensure a positive close for the customer.
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years in a management + sales role.
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields.
- Positive mindset that is coachable.
- Self motivated and able to work with low supervision.
- Enjoys working remotely and from home.
- Must be dedicated to growth.
- Ability to build rapport with team members.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Punctual.
