We are looking for reliable and motivated assembly line workers to join our team. You will be an essential part of the fabrication of Insulation Snakes products. You will need to be diligent, dependable, and detail oriented.
Job Summary:
- Assemble quality products
- Maintain a tidy work area.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
- Complete paperwork required for product(s) assembled each day.
- Follow safety guidelines and rules in order to maintain a safe work environment for everyone.
- Performance-related pay.
Requirements of the role:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Fit for work test to be arranged prior to employment.
- Retain skill and knowledge required to assemble products.
- High integrity and unflagging commitment to achieve.
- Value quality and quantity equally.
- Steel toed (or equivalent) footwear needed on or before first day.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills (English)
- Ability to efficiently work and juggle shifting work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
