Our product lines include vapor recovery units, casing gas compression, multiphase transfer pumps and more. IJACK is growing rapidly and we are looking to expand out service team in Alberta!
IJACK is seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our products at our clients' locations. You will also provide technical support and training to our clients and potentially grow and manager your service crew in Alberta. Preference given to candidates with previous experience in oil and gas service industry and/or heavy duty mechanics.
Responsibilities:
- Install and comission IJACK's products at clients' locations.
- Diagnose and repair IJACK's equipment
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Train clients on how to use IJACK's products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate's degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a field service technician or related role.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
