We are looking for an experienced Building Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the building, including regular inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of building systems and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The Building Superintendent will also be responsible for managing the building staff and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure building safety and security.
- Maintain and repair building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Perform regular inspections of the building to identify any potential problems.
- Respond to tenant requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all building codes and regulations are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.50-$20.00 per hour
