REMOTE WORK -with the expectation to return to the office a minimum of 3 days per week in June 2023 (OSHAWA, ON)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous service to General Motors dealers and fleet customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails within quality standards.
- Process Competitive Assistance Agreements in a timely manner.
- Respond to dealer requests for competitive assistance.
- Process vehicle bailment on a daily basis including credit and rebills.
- Verify and pay manual claims.
- Maintain, create and terminate Fleet Account Numbers in the Global FAN System.
- Process vehicle logistics including special moves, reconsignments and diversions.
- Provide order status, in-transit information and vehicle location for fleet customers.
- Support National Sales Team as required.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Salary: Up to $26.00 per hour
