TICO Certification completion or working towards/willing to complete
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word)
Dealing with office related tasks including, but not limited to, invoicing receivables, payables, mailing, answering email.
Availability to work in an office setting with experience using office machines (fax machines / printers etc) Monday – Friday with occasional weekend.
Marketing an asset, interest in travel and planning new destinations, provide general support and direction to walk-in clients.
Previous Customer service and sales an asset
