We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and analysis of structures, including buildings, bridges, and other civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and evaluating structural systems to ensure they meet safety and performance requirements, as well as developing plans and specifications for construction projects. We are looking for a creative problem solver who is able to work independently and collaboratively with other engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop structural components for buildings, bridges, and other structures.
- Analyze structural loads and stresses.
- Conduct structural tests and inspections.
- Develop plans and specifications for structural components.
- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects.
- Inspect existing structures to determine their condition and safety.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure that designs are compatible with other systems.
